Feyi Lock Company ensures that every smart lock and door hardware product we ship meets strict quality standards. However, in rare cases of issues, we offer a fair and transparent return/replacement process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns or replacements are accepted if:

The item arrives damaged or defective

A product model or quantity does not match the confirmed PI

The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery
Note: Custom-made lock models or branded OEM items are not eligible for return unless defective.
2. Return Procedure

Our QC team will review the issue within 48 hours

If eligible, we will offer:

Free replacement

Refund for the defective unit

Credit for future orders

Return shipping cost responsibility will depend on the cause (e.g., our fault vs. courier damage).
3. Warranty Coverage
Most electronic smart locks carry a 12-month warranty, covering internal electronic faults. Mechanical locks carry a 6-month warranty for wear-and-tear protection under normal use.

For large bulk orders, we recommend testing samples before production to avoid return risk.
